5. Content and Intellectual Property

All Platform content, design, logos, and trademarks are owned by Launch Ground or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without explicit permission.

5.3 Content Standards

You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

6.1 Pricing

We offer Free, Lite, and Pro subscription plans. Pricing and features are subject to change with notice.

6.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees.

6.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Contact us for specific refund requests which will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
